2. Installation
Image Cube requires a preinstalled pluginloader and jquery plugin (both included in CMSimple_XH core distribution package version 1.4.1 and higher).
Download and uncompres the file imgcube_XH.zip
Upload the entire imgcuber directory to your "plugins" directory.
To create and view a gallery folder enter
somewhere on your page (or use hi_pd_scripting plugin). Save your page and finish editing by switching to "view mode" and plugin will create all necessary folders. Use plugins administrations interface or ftp to upload images. The plugin creates itself necessary thumbnails and watermarks according to settings in plugin configuration file.
If you want imgcube to run on mobile devices you must install the plugin CMsimple Mobile.
3. Configuration and Administration interface
Please read online help supplied with configuration and administration interface.
Jump to "Common Administration Interface" to read more about thumbnail, waternmariks and image editing.
mobile styling
To get it working on mobile devices all container css classes must contain "imgcube_mobile". The default class is "imgcube_mobile" and if you need more cubes on the same page than you can use "imgcube_mobile_1" or "second_imgcube_mobile" or anything else containing a substring "_mobile" at the end. You need to install CMSimple Mobile
4. Compatibility
Required PHP 5 with enabled GD Graphic Library. CMSimple_XH version 1.4 and above. Image Rotator will probably run correctly with earlier versions of CMSimple_XH and CMSimple with installed plugin jquery4cmsimple.
